While we aim to ensure that all the content is accurate, we can't accept any liability for its use. You should only use the content for information and not rely on it to make decisions or take any action. The school accepts no liability for personal property that is left in any training vehicle.

Due to the nature of the Internet, we provide the site 'as available' and are not responsible if we can't provide the site for any reason beyond our control.

We don't endorse these sites and because we have no control over them, we can't be responsible for their availability, content, advertising products, services or other materials on or available from these sites.
Advance payments and refunds.
All advanced payments none returnable should you decide to change your mind or for any other reason other than medical. All refunds will be at the discretion of the driving instructor. All refunds are subject to being charged full lesson rate for any lessons taken any discounts only apply should you complete the discounted course. Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to arrive. Any and all free lessons are given at the end of the paid for course this is non negotiable. Please understand our instructors are self employed if you book there time even if you change your mind they are entitled to be paid even if you choose not to use it.
Cancellations
All late cancellations will be chargeable you must give at least 24 hours notice although in some cases your instructor may wave this. While every care will be taken to ensure Pupils receive training at the agreed time, all bookings are made on the understanding that the neither passwithLee.com or its instructors can be held responsible for postponement of training due to traffic conditions, adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown of equipment or any other cause outside of our control.
If in the view of the Instructor, the pupil is unfit to carry out the lesson safely due to self-induced circumstances (e.g. Alcohol or Drugs) a cancellation fee will apply.
Driving Tests
The school reserves the right to withhold the training vehicle if in the instructors opinion the candidate has not reached the required standard. The school cannot be held responsible for Test appointments being postponed or cancelled by the Driving Standards Agency. Furthermore we are not responsible for any failure of light bulbs etc during the Practical Test. All bulbs/lights etc should be checked by both the pupil and the instructor prior to the test taking place.
You must bring with you to your test the following:
The appropriate theory test pass certificate (or confirmation), if not exempt;
Driving Standards Agency (DSA) Practical Test appointment confirmation letter.
Your valid UK Driving Licence (both parts if new photographic licence), If you do not have a photgraphic licence you are required to bring with you acceptable photographic evidence of identity (see appointment letter)
Driving Licence and Insurance
All pupils must be in possession of a signed Provisional/Full UK Driving Licence with Category 'B' Entitlement at the start of training and must inform thier instructor of any changes that may effect this entitlement.
The lesson fee covers Insurance whilst driving any of our driving school vehicles while accompanied by or under direction of a Driving Standards Agency A.D.I/P.D.I(Car) or on a Driving test with an approved Driving Examiner(s).
Mobile Phones / PDA's
All pupils should ensure that there mobile phones are switched off prior to entering the vehicle
Our Instructors will never use a mobile phone while in a training session unless it directly benefits you and only when it is safe to do so or in case of emergency.
Special Offers
All special offers are subject to these terms and conditions and we reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time.
Data protection and privacy
Any personal details you give us will be held and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Changes to the terms

Governing law and jurisdiction
Both your use of the site and the terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
